HR Leads in Corporate Social Responsibility Metrics by focusing on Employee Values and Purpose

The workforce continues to evolve, and as HR Leaders, you are increasingly responsible for aligning with the values of your employees, instead of having them align with those of your organization. You are being asked to support your employees' careers and personal development in ways that help them live according to their definition of Well-Being, Purpose, and Global Impact.

A seasoned speaker, invited to present at prestigious corporations and colleges on the topic of career path and development. Kat has seen an upward trend, particularly among Gen Z, in living a life where career aligns with Purpose. This attitude is spreading to all generations of employees, as they increasingly demand that employers honor and support them in balancing career, family, and self.

Her presentations deliver human science evidence on why it is financially responsible for a company to incorporate Employee Legacy Programs that drive employees' emotional, psychological, and physical health. Kat will explain how organizations can meet Corporate Social Responsibility promises and deliver stellar improvements on recruiting, developing, and engaging employees by having a Legacy Benefits Program.
